Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and charming, decorated in Southwest-style furniture, and had a cozy living area, kitchen, bedroom, closet, and bathroom. However, the service was hit or miss, ranging from accommodating to sometimes unavailable. The location was convenient for exploring Old Town and the BioPark, but the area around the hotel could be better. The dining options were varied and delicious, although sometimes limited. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of unique charm and some areas that could use a bit of updating. The rooms had their own quirks and were somewhat dated, but it felt like staying in a cozy apartment, and the highlight was the wall mural by a renowned new Mexican artist. The service was top-notch overall, with extremely helpful staff offering great directions and excellent restaurant suggestions. However, there were a few instances with new staff lacking people skills and problem-solving abilities. The location was inviting and quaint, providing a beautiful and charming experience next to Old Town. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious made-to-order options and freshly prepared salads. The facilities were decent overall, though some areas could benefit from improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel in the Old Town. The historic building added charm, and the location was perfect for exploring. The room turned out to be much more than expected, feeling more like a small apartment with a full kitchen setup. However, I did face discomfort due to noise issues during the night.
